require-meta-viewport

This rule enforces to use <meta name="viewport" content=".."> in the <head>.

Why?

Different browsers and devices may have default viewport settings. Explicitly setting the viewport properties using the <meta name="viewport"> tag ensures a consistent and predictable display across various platforms.
